Regal Conservation Landscapes has adopted the provisions as contained in the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, The Environmental Protection Act 1990 and other applicable Regulations. In its application to the Landscaping industry in general and to the categories of works that is undertaken.
By assuring this application, we recognise and will provide a sound approach to the safety, health and welfare of our employees. We will endeavour to ensure that all our employees are provided with sufficient information, instruction, training and supervision to enable us to maintain safety in a work place and safe systems to work with at all times. This includes, contractors and visitors (whether invited or not) including the general public where work is on or adjacent to a public footpath, pavement or neighbouring property owners.
In particular, we will ensure that all reasonable measures as dictated by the appropriate Approved Codes of Practice and our Risk Assessments are undertaken to ensure the safety, health and welfare of all persons on sites.
We are committed to the continual development of a safe and healthy culture throughout our company structure and will consult with employees/safety representatives and external professional safety bodies to maintain or enhance our health and safety arrangements. We place great emphasis on the need for the co-operation of the Health and Safety and Environmental Legislation. It is of paramount importance that the element of risk is reduced/eliminated as far as is reasonably practicable.
Great importance is attached to employees working on site and in particular an initial assessment and identification of potential health and safety issues is carried out, involving ourselves and the client.
